What’s The Difference Between A Malignant Narcissist And A Sociopath?
As the former wife of a Malignant Narcissist, I’d say they’re pretty much the same. One is just as likely as the other to commit murder. Neither sociopaths nor Malignant Narcissists are bothered by a conscience.
Normal people have morals and ethics that prohibit them from committing the most heinous of sins. Sociopaths and Malignant Narcissists don’t. Throw in the term “psychopath,” and you have a fitting description of my ex-husband.
Are Sociopaths More Likely To Commit Murder?
Of the three types of Narcissists, Malignants are the most likely to seriously injure or murder their partners. My ex tried to kill me several times, was abusive in every way, and never had an ounce of remorse. In fact, his only regret is that I’m still alive.
Whatever term you prefer is a matter of personal choice, but they all have the same meaning. Monster.
